Description
This is my double track single gate level crossing kit.
The kit comes with everything you will need to build two five panel wide gates.
The width from post to post is 330mm and the width of the gate alone is 290mm and the gate is 60mm high. I have included a picture of a 1:22 figure next to it for comparison.
It comes with a CNC cut base plate which has the correct spacing set out on it, and comes in five pieces and due to the central hole configuration it can only be assembled one way.
Assembly is required, but it comes with full instructions and useful tips.
Its injection moulded from a HIPS nylon hybrid plastic which makes it very strong and durable, but it can still be stuck with normal styrene based model glue, like Humbrol polystyrene cement and liquid poly, to name just one brand.
You will also need glue, model filler and paint to complete it.
